If you are buying as a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day you (or someone you nominate) physically receive the print. You do not need to give a reason.
If your order arrives in several shipments, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last item.
Tell us before the 14 days are up. An email is enough — send it to miguel.blopez93@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. You may use the model form in section 7, but you do not have to.
It is enough that you send your notice before the deadline; it does not matter if it reaches us afterwards. After telling us, return the print within 14 days.
You pay the cost of returning the print to us when you are withdrawing simply because you changed your mind. We are required to tell you this in advance, and this page is that notice — if we did not tell you, we would have to bear the cost ourselves.
For international returns this can be expensive, and it may exceed the original shipping charge. Please factor that in before ordering.
If the print is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, this section does not apply: we pay all return costs. See section 5.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned print back, or of you proving that you have sent it, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the same payment method you used, and you will not pay any fee for the refund itself.
We refund the price of the print and the standard outbound shipping you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard cost only.
You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the print beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and condition. In practice: unpack it carefully and inspect it, but a print that has been framed, mounted, trimmed, creased or hung is no longer in a resaleable condition, and we may reduce your refund accordingly.
This is separate from changing your mind, and your rights here are stronger. If a print arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the print, size or material you ordered:
Please tell us promptly, ideally within 14 days of delivery, so that we can make a claim against the carrier. Reporting later does not remove your statutory guarantee rights, which last considerably longer.
Every print is produced after you order it, in the size and material you chose. EU law allows a seller to refuse withdrawal for goods that are made to a consumer's personal specification. We do not rely on that exemption. Choosing from a fixed menu of sizes and materials is not the same as a personalised or bespoke item, and we would rather give you the full 14-day right than argue the point.
If we ever offer genuinely bespoke work — a custom crop, a commissioned image, a personal inscription — we will say so clearly on that product's page, and the withdrawal right may not apply to it.
You are not obliged to use this form, but you may copy it into an email if you prefer:
