1. Who You Are Buying From

This website and the sale of prints through it are operated by Miguel Bellido López ("we", "us", "our"), a wildlife photographer established in Spain.

These terms govern every purchase of a print through this website. By placing an order you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

2. The Prints

Each print is produced to order in the size and material you select. Prints are photographic reproductions of our own photographs; they are not unique works and are not sold as limited editions unless the print page explicitly says otherwise.

Photographs on this site are reproduced on screen. Colour, tone and contrast can vary between displays, and the printed result may differ slightly from what you see on your device. Paper and finish characteristics mean that no two prints are absolutely identical. This is inherent to the medium and is not a defect.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where it applies. The price shown against a print is what you pay for it; shipping is charged separately, is also shown inclusive of VAT, and is quoted before you add anything to your bag. The full total — goods, shipping and tax — is shown again before you confirm payment, and the VAT contained within it is itemised on your invoice.

Prices are the same in every country. Orders shipped outside the European Union are zero-rated for Spanish VAT, so no VAT is contained in or added to the price. However, they may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees in the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us, are payable by you, typically on delivery, and are outside our control. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed.

4. Placing an Order

Selecting a print, size and material and completing payment constitutes an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example, because of a pricing error or because a print is unavailable — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per destination zone, VAT included, once per order:

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and exclude any delay in customs. Prints are made to order, so please allow additional time for production before dispatch. We currently do not ship to Russia or Belarus, as carriers have suspended service there.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, see section 7.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Full details of how to exercise this right, who pays return postage, and how quickly you are refunded, are set out on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Faulty or Damaged Prints

Separately from the 14-day withdrawal right, you have a statutory legal guarantee that goods conform to the contract. If a print arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full, including all postage costs. You will not be asked to pay return shipping for a faulty item.

Please report transit damage promptly — ideally within 14 days of delivery — so we can claim against the carrier, though reporting later does not remove your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, text and design on this website are our copyright. Buying a print transfers ownership of that physical copy only. It does not transfer copyright or any licence to reproduce, scan, resell as a reproduction, or use the image commercially. Prints are sold for personal, non-commercial display.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Your Data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
